All I can say is *SELF CARE*. These two picture are a little less than 5 years a part. 36 vs 41 years young. --> Take care of yourself. Take care of your body. Take care of your mind. <-- - Exercise at least 30 minutes a day - Avoid processed foods - Drink at least a gallon of water a day - Fuel your mind with positivity - Consume SUPERFOODS - Practice guided meditation - Eliminate stress. Remember that thing you stressed over yesterday, did your world fall apart today? No? Good. Stop worrying so much) - Find a good esthetician and make it part of your regular routine - Spend more time doing what makes you happy - Stop trying to control what other people do - Trust that everything that happens is according to Gods plan for your life XO
